The client for this project was the New York office of Lend Lease.
This project was modeled from a schematic diagram created by SOM, and was further developed by 3D2. The project features a solar powered "people mover" walkway from the parking areas to the medical offices, in order to separate pedestrian and vehicular traffic. The budget for this project was projected to be close to $700,000,000, and the animation was intended to be viewed by the United States Congress.

The model was constructed in AutoCAD, rendered in 3DS MAX, and the final animation was completed in roughly 18 days including design development.
