The client for this project was Lend Lease.
This project began as a construction logistics animation, and then turned into a full-blown, realistic interior and exterior animation after our first client won the contract. This is an abbreviated version of the original animation.

The model was constructed in AutoCAD from supplied plans, rendered in 3DS MAX, and the final animations were completed in roughly six weeks.
