The client for this project was the Nashville office of Lend Lease.
Continuous operation of the hospital during construction was the critical issue here. Other issues included new parking areas, preservation of historic architectural features, and temporary access tunnels for the emergency department. A new access tunnel from the Central Energy Plant to the new tower is also shown going under the existing hospital. This is a faster version of the original animation.

The model was constructed in AutoCAD from supplied plans, rendered in 3DS MAX, and the final animation was completed in 14 days.
