The client for this project was the Tampa office of Lend Lease.
This condominium tower was constructed on piles extending 80 feet down into the earth. At 32 stories high, this is one of the tallest projects in our portfolio, and featured a waterfall covering the side of the parking structure. This is an abbreviated version of the original animation.

The model was constructed in AutoCAD from supplied plans, rendered in 3DS MAX, and the final animation was completed in roughly 16 days.
